How to use four-claw nuts

The basic steps for using a four-claw nut are as follows:

Preparation: Make sure the prong nuts and fasteners (such as bolts) are in clean condition.

Installation process:

Slide the positioning claw into the movable groove.

Insert the four-claw nut into the fastener through the positioning claw.

Choose the direction of the threads on the inner wall of the collar and ensure that the bolt will not damage the locating jaw when screwing in.

When you need to remove the four-claw nut from the fastener, you can use a tool to rotate the base in the opposite direction, so that the positioning claws gradually come out of the movable groove, and finally the base and collar parts can be removed smoothly.

Precautions:

Excessive torque should be avoided during installation to avoid damaging the positioning claw or four-claw nut.

If it is necessary to operate on an uneven workbench, appropriate support measures should be taken to ensure the stability of the four-claw nut.
