Use of wedge anchors

When the expander is removed, the elastic deformation of the tube sheet will return to its original state, and the plastic deformation of the tube end cannot be restored. As a result, the tube sheet tightly holds the tube end, thereby achieving the purpose of leak-proof sealing and firm connection between the two.

In addition, the wedge anchor should also choose the appropriate embedding depth according to the thickness of the top plate. With the increase of embedding depth, the tension will increase according to the increase of embedding depth. The wedge anchor also has the effect of expansion after being reliable. In order to ensure the quality of expansion tube, the tools, measuring tools, and operators must be determined before expansion tube. When checking, the protective coating on the wall of the tube hole should be cleaned off first, and the processing quality of the tube hole wall should be checked. There should be no sand holes, dents, edge burrs and longitudinal notches; the depth of longitudinal or spiral notches shall not be greater than 0.5mm, the width shall not be greater than 1mm, and the distance from the notch to the hole edge shall not be less than 1/3 of the hole wall thickness, and shall not be less than 4mm.
